Preparing

GRILLING SAUSAGE LINKS

Warm to medium heat. Grill for about 7 to 9 minutes, or until heated through, turning occasionally.

ROPE SAUSAGE

Warm to medium heat. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes, or until heated through, turning occasionally.

Pro Tip

Medium heat keeps your sausages sizzlin’ hot throughout with the perfect amount of savory char on the outside. And never poke a sausage while it's cooking. It will lose its juiciness! 

STOVE TOP SAUSAGE LINKS

Add up to 6 links in a saucepan of boiling water. Return to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let stand 7 minutes or until fully heated.

ROPE SAUSAGE

Place sausage in medium-size skillet. Add ½ cup water. Bring to boil then cover. Let simmer on medium-low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through.

MICROWAVE SAUSAGE LINKS

Place 1 link on paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 30 to 45 seconds or until heated through.

ROPE SAUSAGE

Not recommended for microwave.

BROIL 

Set oven to broil. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place up to 6 link sausages or 1 rope sausage on cookie sheet. Place sausage into oven on the top shelf. Broil for 10 minutes or until links start to brown, turning occasionally.

STORAGE FREEZING

Sausages can be frozen for up to 3 months. With most standard cooking methods, the sausages can go straight from the freezer to the pot or grill.

REFRIGERATING

Keep unopened packages in the refrigerator and eat by the use-by date. Opened packages may be kept in a sealed plastic bag in the refrigerator and used within 3 days of opening.
